BleachMe GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 8b, 6340 Baar (hereinafter referred to as “Provider” or “we”) is the operator of the “LipBoom” products and the provider of the “LipBoom” service. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and observe the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) when collecting, processing and using your data. The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks.   1. Data collection when you visit our website

When using our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. if the user does not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that the browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

If one of the reasons mentioned above applies and a data subject wishes to have personal data stored by LipBoom deleted, they can contact an employee at any time. The employee will ensure that the deletion request is complied with immediately.
